Peter Saddington is an international Organizational Consultant and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) who has been in software development for 16+ years. He is the Founder of Action & Influence, Inc.

He has 3 Masters degrees (Counseling, Education, Theology & Psychology) and is a published author, The Agile Pocket Guide (Wiley 2012).

He enjoys spending time with his wife Susan and two children, Micah and Joseph.
